Shelby 4 Life Program — Terms, Conditions & Disclosures

Program Overview

Shelby 4 Life is a dealer-sponsored benefit program offered by Shelby Kia to qualifying vehicle purchasers. Program benefits, coverage limits, eligibility requirements, and availability are subject to the terms and conditions set forth here and are subject to change or termination at Shelby Kia's sole discretion at any time without prior notice. Program benefits are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or applied to existing obligations other than as specifically described.

Powertrain Warranty — New Vehicles

The lifetime powertrain warranty on new vehicles covers the engine and drivetrain components for the life of the vehicle. Coverage is limited to the original retail purchaser and applies only while the vehicle remains titled in the original purchaser's name. Coverage terminates upon sale, transfer, or assignment of the vehicle to any subsequent owner. "Lifetime" means the duration of the original ownership period. The warranty covers the engine block, crankshaft, pistons, oil pump, cylinder heads, intake and exhaust manifolds, timing chain/belt, water pump, transmission case, torque converter, drive axles, and differential housing. This warranty is in addition to and does not replace the manufacturer's new vehicle limited warranty. Coverage is subject to regular maintenance being performed at licensed repair facilities. This warranty does not cover: routine maintenance items, wear and tear items, cosmetic damage, rust, corrosion, damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or use of non-OEM parts.

Powertrain Warranty — Pre-Owned Vehicles

The limited powertrain warranty on qualifying pre-owned vehicles is available on select pre-owned vehicles meeting eligibility requirements including vehicle age, mileage, condition, and service history. Not all pre-owned vehicles qualify. Eligibility will be confirmed and disclosed at the time of purchase. Pre-owned vehicles not eligible for the limited powertrain warranty are sold AS-IS, WITH NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

Paint Protection & Fabric Protection

Coverage applies for 12 months or 12,000 miles from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first. Coverage does not include pre-existing damage, damage caused by accidents, misuse, vandalism, chemical spills, pet damage, dye transfer, or damage from failure to maintain the vehicle. Two (2) free re-applications included during the coverage period.

Nitrogen Tire Services & Road Hazard Reimbursement

Service available four (4) days after the purchase date. Reimbursement for tire repairs limited to $25 per occurrence; tire replacement limited to $200 per occurrence. All service must be performed at a licensed repair facility.

Rain Repellent

Hydrophobic coating applied to the windshield on qualifying vehicles. Two (2) free re-applications included. Re-application subject to inspection. Coverage applies to windshield only.

Window Tint

Professionally applied to qualifying new vehicles at time of delivery. New vehicles only. Tint applied as-is; coverage does not include bubbling, peeling, or damage caused by customer or third-party tampering.

Stolen Vehicle Assistance

Credit of up to $2,500 toward a replacement vehicle at Shelby Kia in the event of a total loss due to theft. Applies for three (3) years or 36,000 miles from purchase date. Vehicle must be declared a total loss by insurance company. Credit applies only toward a vehicle purchased or leased from Shelby Kia — not transferable, not payable in cash. Customer must maintain comprehensive and collision insurance. Maximum benefit is $2,500. Does not apply to vehicles financed through Ally Financial or Synchrony Financial.

Key Replacement Coverage

Benefit of up to $800 for key replacement and programming for one (1) year from purchase date. Limited to one (1) key replacement per year. Replacement and programming must be performed at our dealership.

Collision Credit

Credit of up to $2,500 toward a replacement vehicle at Shelby Kia if vehicle is declared a total loss due to auto accident during the first ninety (90) days from purchase date. Vehicle must be declared a total loss by insurance company. Credit applies only toward a vehicle purchased from Shelby Kia.

Roadside Assistance

24/7 coverage throughout the United States and Canada for one (1) year from purchase date. Services available four (4) days after purchase date. Covered services include: tire repair/replacement, 24/7 roadside assistance, towing, flat tire help, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and battery jump-starts. Service provided at no out-of-pocket cost up to benefit limit per occurrence. Emergency travel benefits not available in CA, NY, MD, FL, and TN. Provided through a third-party service provider — Shelby Kia not responsible for service delays or quality of third-party service. Call 866-797-9952.

State Restrictions

Emergency travel benefits are not available to residents of California, New York, Maryland, Florida, or Tennessee.

Maintenance Requirements

Program eligibility and continued powertrain warranty coverage require that regular maintenance be performed as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. Failure to maintain the vehicle according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule may void warranty coverage.

Open Safety Recalls

Shelby 4 Life benefits do not cover repair of open manufacturer safety recalls. Consumers are encouraged to check for open recalls at safercar.gov or by contacting our dealership prior to purchase.

Program Modification & Termination

Shelby Kia reserves the right to modify, reduce, or discontinue any or all program benefits at any time without prior notice.
