Shelby Advantage Program — Terms & Conditions
Program Overview: Shelby Advantage is a dealer loyalty and rewards program offered by Shelby Kia to eligible customers. Program enrollment is free; no purchase is required to enroll, though points are earned primarily through service and parts purchases.
Point Earning
Points are earned on qualifying service and parts purchases at a rate of ten (10) points per $1 spent. Points are not earned on taxes, environmental fees, shop supplies, or previous transactions. Points are credited to your account after service completion and payment.
Point Redemption
Points may be redeemed only at Shelby Kia toward qualifying service and parts invoices (maximum $250 credit per visit) or toward a vehicle purchase or lease (maximum $500 credit per transaction, valued at 2 points per $1). Points may not be redeemed for cash, applied to existing account balances, or transferred to another customer or account.
Point Expiration
Points expire after 18 months if there has been no service visit within that timeframe. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain an active account by regularly servicing their vehicle.
Program Modification
Shelby Kia reserves the right to modify point earning rates, redemption values, program benefits, eligibility requirements, and program terms at any time without prior notice. Changes may affect existing point balances.
Eligibility
Military and first responder bonus points (5,000 points) require valid, current government-issued ID to be presented at time of enrollment. Customer referral points are awarded after the referred customer's purchase or service transaction is completed.
Maximum Benefits
Benefits are capped per visit or transaction as described on this page. Credits may not be accumulated across multiple visits or transactions.
